Instructions
  1. Trim and slice chicken breasts into 4 oz. portions. Set chicken aside.
  2. Combine all other ingredients. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Place chicken with marinade in covered nonreactive (non-metal) shallow pan or sealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight, turning twice while marinating.
  4. Preheat char-grill to medium or flat-top griddle to 350 F.
  5. Drain chicken. Discard marinade.
  6. Cook chicken 5 minutes. Turn chicken over. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F and juices run clear, 4 to 6 minutes.
