Grilled Shrimp
  1. Combine shrimp, first amount of oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  2. In sauté pan, over medium-high heat, sauté shrimp until opaque in center, 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. Set aside.
Zoodle Bowl
  1. In sauté pan, over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add the following: garlic, zucchini noodles, grape tomatoes, and spinach.
  2. Sauté until spinach is wilted and noodles are tender-crisp, 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Divide into bowls, add grilled shrimp, add broth.
