golden flax seed

sliced almonds

old-fashioned oats

cup
honey

olive oil

kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
On parchment-lined sheet pan coated with cooking spray, spread flax seed mixture in a thin layer.
Bake until browned, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
Serve with low-fat milk or use as a topping for yogurt or oatmeal.
