Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Toss butternut squash with oil and pepper.
Bake until fork tender, 15-20 minutes, and allow to cool.
Combine honey, lemon juice, oil, parsley, cumin and salt. Whisk to combine.
Add butternut squash. Toss to coat.
