Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a warm skillet, sweat the onions and olive oil until translucent, then add the garlic
  3. Cook for 1 minute and then add clams and clam juice
  4. Once incorporated, add the lemon juice, fresh herbs, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat
  5. Add Pecorino cheese and cracker crumbs. Mix until evenly incorporated. Taste and season.
  6. Coat a baking dish with olive oil and place clam mixture in evenly
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until the crust and sides are golden brown
  8. Serve warm with fresh vegetables and crackers
