This no-bake blend of dates, walnuts, chia, oats, coconut and dark chocolate chips can get you through the afternoon — or start or end your day!

  1. In a food processor, add dates. Puree until smooth paste.
  2. Add walnuts and mix to combine. Add remaining ingredients until a thick dough forms.
  3. Shape into 2oz balls. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled. Store leftovers in refrigerator, covered.
Recipe Notes

Dough can also be made into energy bars. In a parchment lined pan, press mixture into pan, pressing tightly in all corners. Place pan in freezer for 4 hours or overnight. Lift out of container and cut into 4 X 4 portions.
